When do I need specific documents?
When do I require the premium invoice? | If you want to know how much your insurance premium will be. The premium invoice shows you how much you have to pay. |
When do I need an account statement? | To see what payments and credits have been made to your account. The account statement helps you to keep track of your money. The account statement is the premium current account. |
When do I require a general ledger? | When you need an overview of the insured benefits and their inclusion in relation to the existing pension plan. The general schedule shows you the relevant figures and details for the current year as at the reference date. |
When do I need a cost directory? | When you require a detailed overview of the breakdown of the employee contribution into savings, risk and administration costs. The cost directory also shows the individual costs per employee. |
What documents can I find in the various menus?
Where can I find debit notes, account statements, cost directories, general directories, payroll reporting lists, etc.? | You can find such documents in iTellco under the “Documents” section. |
Where can I create a current account statement? | You can create a current account statement in the “Accounts” area. |
Where can I create a cost directory, general directory, benefit case report or pension plan? | You can create these documents in the “Reports/Pension plan” area. You can easily create all four documents there. |
