In iTellco there are different users for different functions.

| Masteruser | The initial user of a company can use all functions. | Can create new users for the company |
| User | Can use all functions. | Can not create new users for the company |
| Fiduciary | Can use all functions. Can have access to his clients' contracts. | New users must be created by the helpdesk. |
| Broker | Can use all functions. Has access to his entire portfolio. | New users must be created by the helpdesk. |
