The name of a company affiliated with us can only be changed if this has also been done in the commercial register. E-mail us to service@tellcopk.ch with the extract from the commercial register.
Tellco PF checks whether the assets and liabilities have been taken over. If necessary, the contract will be amended: the so-called change of ownership.
In the case of associations and sole proprietorships without an entry in the commercial register, we require the minutes of the meeting at which this was decided.
