Log in to iTellco.
Select the ‘Clients’ tab and then click on the ‘All’ button to the right of the search.
Select the contract for which you want to generate the costs report by clicking on the contract number itself in the search results.
You are now in the contract level in iTellco in the 'Clients' tab. Open the ‘Reports/Pension plan’ menu with a click.
Select the ‘Costs report’ tile by clicking on it.
Select the desired contract and click ‘Next’ to go to the next step.
Select the reporting year and click on ‘Confirm’ to generate the report.
Generating the cost directory may take some time. Wait for the link to open the costs report to be avaible. Click on ‘OK’.
You can download the document in 15 to 30 minutes by clicking on the bell symbol at the top right.
