In iTellco, you can navigate on two levels when you initiate changes, retrieve or generate documents and so on.
- Contract level: You use this level if you want to retrieve documents or initiate changes or mutations that affect the entire contract.
- Insuree level: You use this level to initiate changes, entry, and exit and the like relating to an individual person.
Below, we will show you how to select the required level.
Contract level
Click on the ‘’Clients‘’ tab at the top left.
Click on ‘All’ to the right of the search bar.
In the search results, click on the desired contract by clicking on the corresponding contract number. You can use the search bar to narrow down the search if necessary.
You have set the contract level in iTellco. You can check this in the status bar, where no insured person is listed, only the contract number.
Insuree level
Click on the ‘’Clients‘’ tab at the top left.
Click on ‘All’ to the right of the search bar.
In the search results, click on the desired insured person by clicking on the corresponding AHV number/name. You can use the search bar to narrow down the search if necessary.
You have set the insuree level in iTellco. You can check this in the status bar, where the insured person is listed next to the contract number.
Switching between contracts
Variant 1
Click on the ‘’Clients‘’ tab at the top left.
Click on ‘All’ to the right of the search bar.
In the search results, click on the desired contract by clicking on the corresponding contract number. You can use the search bar to narrow down the search if necessary.
You have changed contract and are at the contract level of the newly selected contract. You can check this in the status bar, where no insured person is listed, only the contract number.
Variant 2
Click on the ‘Contracts’ tab at the top right.
Expand the ‘Contracts’ menu.
Select the desired contract by double-clicking on the contract number in the table.
The contract level of the desired contract is set, and you are automatically returned to the ‘clients’ tab.
