Overview
You can customize tables in iTellco, change the column order and so on. Below you will find an overview of the functions:
If you are in a menu with tables, it is basically structured as follows:
0. open and close the menu
1. select document types (sometimes only one type available)
2. select the desired period, in the format DD.MM.YYYY.
3. the table with the results for the desired period and document types. You can filter at the top of each column.
4. table control: show and hide columns, adjust width, change sorting, etc.
5. select template for export (customer template or standard template)
6. export options, click on the desired one.
7. download individual documents directly.
Use the “Search” button to search in the desired time period.
Arrange columns
Click on the list icon at the bottom of the table to edit and arrange the columns according to your needs. The following overlay opens.
1. move all columns to the right-hand side ⇒ remove columns from the table.
2. move all columns to the left-hand side ⇒ add all columns to the table.
3. use the three lines to move the column in the order, click with the mouse and hold down the mouse button. Up is further to the left, down is further to the right.
4. “OK” ⇒ Accept and save adjustments to the columns.
5. “Cancel” ⇒ Exit the menu without applying the changes, the changes will be discarded.
6. Use the “-” symbol to move columns individually to the left ⇒ remove from the table. Similarly, the “+” symbol can be used to move columns to the left and add them to the table.
You can also undo the changes to the table; you cannot cause any damage.
Further table controls
With the “X” symbol, you can remove the search parameters that you have used at the head of the columns all at once.
This icon ↔ is used to make the table the full width of the page/your browser window.
A click on the “T” symbol adjusts the table to the entire content. (Table can become very wide).
The eye symbol represents the visible content and adjusts the table to this width accordingly.
If you want to export the table, you can do this in two variants, as the system displays it, in this case select “Standard template” or as you have configured the table, then select “Customer template”.
