Notice: A mutation can be made a maximum of 60 days before the mutation date.
You can select the exit change request under the “Changes” menu when a contract or insured person is selected using the quick search function. You can also use the quick search function to select the person for whom you wish to submit the exit change request:
- Select the insured person on the “Clients”
- Open the “Changes” menu and click the “Exit” change request
- The “Exit” form will open with an expanded “Change date” menu, since all menus above will have been filled in (company information, category, personal data, etc.).
- Enter the change date, click the “Continue” button and open the “Private address”
- Please note that you do not have to change the address data in this change request.
- Clicking the “Continue” button opens the summary page with all data previously entered, allowing you to go back in case you want to change any previous entries.
- To send the exit change request, click the “Confirm” button on the summary page.
- The code request will be displayed after you have clicked the “Confirm”
- Clicking on the code will take you to the “Reports” page, where you can track the status of your change request.
If you selected a contract instead of a specific person using the quick search function on the “Clients” page, the “Company information” menu will open first when you access the exit change request. In this menu, you need to select the category and person for whom you want to perform the exit change request for the previously selected contract.
