Fundamentals
When you submit an entry, exit, mutation, suspension or similar request to iTellco, the system will ask you for the mutation date.
The mutation date is always the date of the effective date of the process, not today's date. We are happy to illustrate this with a few examples below.
Examples
An employee starts at your company on 1 April.
You enter 01.04.20xx as the mutation date. (Where xx stands for the effective year*)
At the end of the year, you want to correct the salary because it is higher than assumed at the beginning of the year.
You have a part-time employee who has worked more than anticipated at the beginning of the year when the salary was reported. In this case, enter 01.01.20yy as the mutation date. (Where yy stands for the current year if you notify us of the adjustment in December of the same year*, for example).
Wage increase on 1 July
Your employee will receive a higher salary from July of the current year. You want to notify us of this change in mid-June, you enter the change with the change date 1.7.20xx. (Where xx stands for the effective year*)
Note
Year* : if the year is in the previous year or further back, and the annual accounts have already been prepared, then the form for changes must be used.
