Step 1 : contact the helpdesk to request the unblocking of your iTellco access
Step 2 : the helpdesk will proceed to unblock your access and you will receive an email containing a temporary password
Step 3 : go to www.itellco.ch , enter your Login and the temporary password received by email
Step 4 : you will then receive a 4 digit SMS code
Step 5 : you will be taken to the page where you can set your new password.
o Old password: enter here the temporary password received by email
o New password: enter your new password twice
You are now in iTellco. Enjoy using the platform!
