If you get a white screen when you press the “Next” button, this may be due to the browser cache. Try the following steps:
Clear browser data + disable Google translator: Chrome
1. log out of iTellco, top right.
2. close the other tabs in your browser. (Save what needs to be saved).
3. delete cookies, cache, and history in your browser. Other browsers below.
- Open Chrome
- Click on the three-dot menu at the top right and select “Settings”.
- Select “Privacy and security” from the menu on the left.
- Click on “Clear browsing data”.
- Select “Entire period” and click on “Delete data”.
4. deactivate Google Translate in your browser, if you have not already done so, as described below for Chrome.
- Open Chrome
- Click on the three-dot menu at the top right and select “Settings”.
- Select “Languages” from the menu on the left.
- Deactivate “Use Google Translate”.
⇒ Log in to iTellco again and try to do what you wanted to do now.
Delete browser data: other browsers
There are two ways to proceed:
Way 1

Firefox
1. open the browser.
2. click on the three-dot menu at the top right and select “Settings”
3. go to “Delete browser data”.
4. select “Everything” in the dropdown “When”. Click on “Clear” to delete the browser history.
Edge
1. open the browser.
2. click on the three-dot menu at the top right and select “Settings”
3. Go to "Privacy, Media and Services".
4. go to “Clear browsing data”.
5. select “All time” in the dropdown under “Time range”. Remove the tick from “Passwords”. Click on “Delete now” to delete the browser history.
Safari
1. open the browser.
2. click on the three-dot menu at the top right and select “Settings”
3. go to “Delete browsing data and cookies”
4. click on “Delete” to delete the browsing history.
