When you select a contract using the quick search function, the “Mass salary adjustment” box will be enabled under the “Changes” menu, but only in cases where the contract has more than one person or does not contain suspended persons only. You will be able to edit data for the selected contract in the personal data menu in an editable grid:
Select the contract and open the “Changes”
Select “Mass salary adjustment” and navigate to the “Personal data” menu, where the editable grid will be displayed.
Some rows in the grid will be disabled, in case the selected change date is not valid.
Clicking on the disabled row will display a message for the change date that you need to enter if you want to change any data.
You can adjust the change date in the “Change date”
Clicking on a row will allow you to change the category, salary and level of employment (these fields cannot be left empty).
Once you have amended the data you want to change, click the “Continue” button to display the summary page.
Only insured persons for whom data has been changed will be shown on the summary page.
Click on the “Confirm” button to submit your request for the mass salary adjustment.
