When you want to submit an entry change request for a new person, select “Contract” under the “Clients” menu to enable the changes function. Under “Changes”, click on the “Entry” box to open the “Entry” form:
The “Entry” form will open with a menu entitled “Company information”.
Fill in all required fields in each menu.
If any of the required fields are not filled in or invalid values are entered, a validation message will be displayed and you will not be able to proceed with the change request until you have entered all the correct values.
When all entered data are correct, after clicking on the “Continue” button in last menu, you will be taken to the summary page.
If you have missed something out or you notice that any data are incorrect, click the “Back” button on the summary page.
When you have finished the change request, click the “Confirm” button to submit your request.
After that, a confirmation page will be displayed where you can see the code for your request.
Clicking on the code will take you to the “Reports” page where you can check the “Report status” of the change request.
Once the change request has been completed, you will be able to download the documents generated by the entry change request.
