Important:
Before you report the 2026 salary data, please ensure that all 2025 changes (entries, departures, changes to salary and degree of employment, etc.) have been reported and processed.
⇒ On the “Pending and history” tab, make sure that all 2025 changes have the status “Completed” before you report the 2026 salary data.
Procedure for salary declaration 2026
Log in to iTellco.
In the “Customers” tab, click on the “All” button next to the search bar
Select the contract for which you want to carry out the mutations by clicking on the contract number itself in the search results.
Now open the “Changes” menu by clicking on it.
4. in the “Changes” menu, click on the “Salary notification list 2026” icon
5. you can select ‘Direct entry’ or ‘Upload data’.
In the case of direct entry, select the company (customer) and the contract and click on ‘Next’.
5a. Direct entry (= easiest and quickest) : Confirm/change the data directly in the iTellco table (salary, degree of employment, language, marital status, incapacity for work, etc.) Then click on ‘Next’ to proceed to the next step.
5b. Upload file (= recommended if the contract has many insured persons and/or if you need to make many changes): Click on the ‘Create and download Excel template’ button.
Confirm/change the data directly in the Excel file (salary, degree of employment, language, marital status, incapacity for work, etc.)
Then upload the updated file to iTellco and click ‘Next’.
6. indicate whether all staff are insured with Tellco pk (Yes/No), click on ‘Next’.
7. click on ‘Confirm’; that's it.
Your salary notification has been submitted and is being processed by our administration teams.
Note: Before you can make online mutations for 2026, the salary data for 2026 must first be processed and the premiums calculated. This can be done as soon as 2025 is closed and 2026 is opened. If you try to make changes before this time, you will receive an error message.
