A simulation does not represent a mutation or any other effective adjustment or change. It is purely for display purposes. A mutation must always be made in the Mutation menu.
Log in to iTellco.
In the “Customers” tab, click on the “All” button next to the search bar
Select the contract for which you want to carry out the mutations by clicking on the contract number itself in the search results.
Now open the “Simulation” menu by clicking on it.
Select the “Entry” simulation class.
Select the desired contract and click on “Next”.
Select the appropriate category.
Enter the mutation date.
Fill in the personal data.
Call up the simulation preview to check the details.
Wait for the link to be sent to open the simulation data.
