Where can I find the mutation history?
You can view the mutation history in two places.
In the “Clients” tab
In the “Clients” tag, in the “Mutation history” menu, you can see the history of mutations for the selected contract and the selected period.
In the “Clients” tab, click on the “All” button in the search bar and select the desired contract from the results by clicking on the contract number itself.
Open the “Mutation history” menu.
Select the desired period and click on “Search”. The results are then displayed below the “Search” button.
In the “Report” tab
1 In the ‘ Reports’ tag, you can see the mutation history for all contracts to which you have access in a common view for the selected period.
2. select the start of the desired period.
3. select the end of the desired period, note that the listing is by mutation date. If the mutation date of the mutation you are looking for is in the future, select an end date that is sufficiently far in the future.
4. click on ‘Search’ to start the search.
What do the mutation statuses mean?
- “Sent”: A mutation that you have just submitted, but which has not yet been processed by our specialist department.
- “Completed”: Has been checked, processed and completed by the specialist department.
- “Rejected”: Has been rejected by the specialist department. The reason for the rejection is shown in the “Comment” column in the “Notifications” tab.
Retrieve documents related to a mutation directly
You can call up the document(s) for a mutation in the “Notifications” tab in the “Document” or “Download” column.
