If your iTellco user account is a master user, you can create additional users. If you want to create another user yourself via iTellco, they must fulfil the following conditions:
- Be an active insureed on a policy that you have access to in your iTellco user account.
If you would like to create a new user who does not fulfil the above requirements (fiduciary, not subject to BVG or similar), please use the form and then send it to helpdesk@itellco.ch.
To create the user, proceed as follows:
You can create the new user in the Administration tab. Fill in all the required fields.
Scroll down and create the user by clicking on ‘Submit new user’.
